Time For Inspiration

Time for Inspiration:

Embrace your many blessings, before this moment slips away
Pay no heed to darkness, know that sunrise brings the day
You can turn your tears of anguish, into a joyous cry
You have the strength within you, all you need to do is try

Embrace your many blessings, before another moment slips you by
Turn those tears of anguish, into a triumphant cry
Unroot the seeds of worry, before the cancer grows
Think of those that love you, take the time to smell a rose

Embrace your many blessings, before you let this moment pass
Cast aside stupidity, hold the wisdoms that will last
As you watch the falling tide, know that later it will rise
Mountains to the foolish, are mere roadmaps to be wise

(What would you class as the form of the above poem?)
