Numb

I stare at my page,
With no ideas in mind,
The words start to flow,
As my pencil sits in this bind,

The thoughts come and they go,
It’s been so long since i felt this low,
The venom now runs in my veins,
Unheard and very much unseen,
But as for myself, where do I go?

Yeah I feel lost but this isn’t hell,
So go ahead and try to hurt me,
I probably wouldn’t be able to tell,
...I’m numb,
