November Fantasy

November woke up startled
In my reality’s solstice, all rules forgotten
Lost trails grew their old hooves back
To run my life, speeding on a charm

Promises linger, on still, frozen feet
Against forgetting, tangled around me
Their jade eyes hold me waiting forever
In the silver-mane of a dream

My secrets in treasure chests
Buried where only snow-wolves tread
Where the massive weight of nothing, and,
The weightlessness of everything

Reaches a sacred rest…

Hi Bindu! This is an excellent poem filled with captivating phrases (exp. "the silver-mane of a dream"). The "massive weight of nothing, and, the weightlessness of everything" reminds me of a poem I wrote some time back; I'll post it one of these days. /x/ paul
