medicated but still crazy
energetic yet still lazy
an artist with no art
filled with love but no heart
Sure of what counts
just not the amounts
a best friend for life
but not one friend in sight
devoted and true
nothing I wouldn't do
I'd be considered prophetic
if only I weren't so pathetic
inspired yet defeated
the pathology's too deep seated
spiritual yet devoid
perpetually annoyed
