I Cant Forget

i thought i was starting to forget but,
when i woke up this morning
you were the first thing on my mind and,
i realized that

chorus:
i cant forget
no matter how hard i try
when i score myself
on how stupid ive been
its a perfect ten
i almost forgot that
i cant forget

i had so much to do and
thinking about you
wasnt even on the list

somewhere between the cleaners and the grocery store
i thought of you once more

chorus

no matter how hard i try
i cant get you off my mind
i try not to cry
sometimes i do, thinking about you
being gone, so long

chorus

Love your Lyrical poem, Michael. Will you be expanding it? It seems a little short, but that's just my opinion. i'm not a lyricist. Good job, anyway. Always, Annalise
