Calories or Meat

Your at McDonalds
Counting them calories
Trying to reward yourself
For the mile with Valerie
Get the diet coke
Cause the greasy burger and fries
Might make you bloat
Fake sugar
Your body processes with incompetency
If your that concerned
I suggest eating some real meat

There's a BelAir
Right across the street
Don't want to walk
Over there in this heat?
I sense my backhand
Might break out a beat
You smell of fear
Your hunger is growing rapidly near

Calories or meat?
Calories or meat?

Your devil kicks in
Health counts another defeat

Earlier today,
You had a muffin with jelly
Trying to avoid carbohydrate belly
As a snack you had a rice cake with peanut butter
Carbocide, last time you'll make that mistake
Going through your food checklist
If your in the McDonald,
There's a point you've missed
It's not about the health
It's about the chub on you enjoying some wealth
So enjoy your burger, fries, and Regular coke
That diet you try to maintain can be a joke
