I walk the city to work.
Trip and stumble to the ground.
All faces they cackle and skew.
Staring hurtfully through.
His eyes they burn holes.
View me in ways I never wished for.
Man does not know how he pains me. He wounds me and maims me.
I pull myself up once and again.
Dust off the scars and restart.
I walk the city to work with less of my heart.
