A scary, scary word
That hints of danger
And atrocities unheard.
Yet, if you are wise
You will say it everyday
No matter what the pure of heart
Or very generous say.
Wear it as a cloak
In the dark of night.
Use it as camouflage
In the morning light.
Never trust your neighbors
Or the ones you love the most
Or you will end up dead,
A lovely, lonely ghost.
