I am in a mighty institution called marriage.I am employed by my hubby and three kids in a workplace called the house,which I like to call home.So I like to call myself a domestic engineer.
I got back to writing poetry again after a hiatus of eighteen years,that's because I found this wonderful website called Poetry Soup.And all the wonderful poets from whom I learn and who continue to inspire me to write better.
I started writing poetry at a very young age.That's because I did not have the happiest of childhood.As a little child with no one to turn to,the only respite I got was by putting down my feelings on paper.I still think I wrote my best poetry during those early teen years.
My motto in life has always has been,Live and let live.I would like to see peace in this world before I die,its asking too much considering the current state of affairs,but its always good to hope,optimism,I think brightens life,its sunshine in the mind.
