I am a Kenyan software engineer. Yes, in love with computers and sometimes I grunt at you, if you talk to me while I am conversing in code with the machine. Bits and Bytes.
Does that mean that I am a total klutz when it comes to humans.... well no. Some humans that talk bits and bytes are very interesting, well until they decide to go for a short call or get hungry, or when they hang, unable to solve a problem....I get frustrated and feel like I could rewire them.....But thats a tall order seeing as the code is perfectly written by the Almighty who humbles my hubris.
I do love people and they are oh so interesting as I dole out my wisdom to them....well until they correct me with some factual evidence....
I love poetry and I have written since I was in high school....back in the 1800(read the '90s) hundreds( so I should have like 200K poems right?)
Kenyan? Yes I am and yes its an African country(there are actually 54 African countries, each with its own government....No lie....and there are over 2000 languages spoken here, English is my fourth language *wink *wink)
And in case you don't know us Kenyans we like winning at everything.....and I mean everything....including going to Mars and Venus and the sun....when its dark of course.
Besides all that, I love poetry, travel, poetry, travel.....you get my drift
