I love your view of early morning. I rise between 4 & 5 am, and sit on the porch with a cup of coffee watching nature wake up in the woods surrounding my house. A beautiful, peaceful time.

Hi Elly, Having read this delightful vision of early morning. I could not help but notice how similar it is to my poem "Wake-up Call". The Talking Books for the Blind" asked for my agreement to transcribe it for their listeners. Regards Theresa xx

Hi Theresa.. Your comment guided me to your "Wake up call"her on the soup. Similar thoughts.. different approach and different poetry form.. but what nice , recognisable, feeling... LOVED IT! Lot of people hear, see or think often times the same but express so differently.. one of the nice things of poetry... Glad you enjoyed mine, Dutch Greetings Elly

I saw the picture to go with your lovely poem. though it is pretty, I think I prefer a late morning view. Early bird is TOO early for ME. haha. Loved the imagery you used. ARe you one of those early to bed, early to rise types?
