I was hit by an elbow of a man
While I was catching a bus for my duties
Lost three of my front upper teeth
Appearance was of the utmost importance
As I was a university teacher.
Luckily it was a vacation time, no lectures
And was busy examining the answer-books.
Earlier to that I had lost my two crown teeth
And one of my students once remarked
Sir, your face looks so thin as if it is
Replaced and fixed on your healthy stout body.
But never paid attention to the hint in the remark
Immediately I consulted my personal dentist
And he advised me to go for the fixtures
Summer vacation and all the time for that.
As the vacation was about to reopen
My face transformed looking young
No pain but a perfect smile
My students in the class amazed.
After the class was over that student
Came and said “ Sir,You don’t look your age
Smarter and younger ever before.
