Don’t Go away.
I saw you there my being came afire
I heard your voice, it filled me with desire
It seemed like years but only days had passed
So long ago since I had seen you last.
You looked at me and smiled your sad, sad smile
My heart it just went crazy for a while.
I looked at you as if I did not care
But oh what joy it was to see you there.
Don’t go away, don’t ever leave again.
Because my love you cause me so much pain
Without you here my life be oh so bare
Although I see your vision everywhere.
Though you don’t love me I must know you’re there
I need to see your beauty soft and rare
And every day that you’re not there to see
It seems like something dies so deep in me.
My love for you be such a crazy thing
When you’re nearby my heart can only sing
But when you’re gone my being starts to fade
For you be all my heart would ever crave.
