Sufferings Child

a barren mindscape
life’s thoughtless wilderness
resting place of heart broken dreams

an emotional abyss
where alone makes its home
streaming listless feelings forthwith

hope’s timeless wish
born of never-ending regret
hidden desire’s unrepentant breath

a memoryless child
adrift beyond redemption
amidst incomprehensible suffering

an unwitting victim
truly introspectively lost
accursed by unforgiveable thoughts

death’s relentless lie
ever blissfully estranged
dancing in darkness’ abysmal plain

a deep paralytic fear
inside blind soulless hearts
beyond time’s infinite event horizon

an instinctive faith’s
monotonous prayers arisen
vain noiseless babblings pardonable

life’s festering sore
beneath e’er blameless flesh
irreverent spirits till kingdom come
