A beautiful poem on butterflies. I have some butterflies in glass cases, but I never saw one of those. They must be beautiful.....Luclla

Vie - My brothers and I collected butterflies and moths as youngsters...To this day I can see a butterfly (or moth) and tell you it's proper name...My favorite was always the rare Zebra Swallowtail, black and white striped with extremely long tails... Such a thrill to see a poem posted about these elegant and beautiful creatures - Tim

Lovely and expressive... loved your line "it flies like a fragment of a dream lovely, yet impossible to pin down." Dynamic imagery :)

So true Vie, so beautiful, so sad that we don't stop often enough to see those things all around us that are much more important than a smart phone.
