I am honored and flattered by your homage, MR. Thank you for directing my attention here. Just to be clear, for others, the verse quoted above is not a poem I wrote - it is simply a comment I left behind for MR's terrific poem, "Love and Death". I don't leave lots of comments, but when I do I try to say something about the poem and the meaning I gathered from it - beyond simply saying I liked it. MR's poem moved me to make this comment - I was not trying to pen a poem of my own.

What a wonderful tribute to someone who is thoughtful and caring. Nicely said by one who is also worthy of a tribute! Thank you Vie, for your kind comments, and generous spirit. :)

A Sage message for sure. I am going to ask the same question Andrea asked below: this poem isn't a collaboration? And just as Andrea also mentioned(I am being a mynah bird with this comment lol), why not turn this into an entry for the "Homage" contest?
