I like the double entendres in this haiku, a bit like the eponymous John Mellencamp song. It could be re-written into a bawdy limerick pretty easily, I think. Well done! Cheers, Roy

Her innosence, forever gone; for her sake, I hope she had one; who was gentle, and kind. Thats true respect, with a loving touch.

    Beautiful Haiku , I think I am addicted ..

Gross is a pretty relative adjective to use with this open-ending. If the reader sees a popsicle melting it's one thing; if he reads an actual cherry blossom blown off by the wind, what makes that gross? Guess there could be another scenario??

Yes, nice. Your haiku, ALL GROSS AND RED haiku is lovely in that it says what Robert Frost says to do, to say the common in uncommon ways as in the third line is a surprise of wording with the POP. I love the imagery of the wind tugging at the blossoms and having them let go. It says like mine: in one gust/the last leaf decides/gone. MY my, your first two lines say the common in uncommon ways, GREAT JOB. BOB
