Vacant House

(06/04/2013)

I can feel something is watching
me behind
Its stare is freezing my spine
I try to lift my foot, yet no
movement shown
I open my mouth and scream, not
even a hush moaned

It darkens the room, I can feel
It’s not in any shape of real
Is that a ghost?
Or I just hate this place too much
I feel worst?

This abstract in a dark-shade-I-
can’t-classify
Reaching me and I can’t defy
Sweeping the wall, it crawls
Releasing its rage, it growls

I still cannot move and I’m muted
My friend pokes me waken to go in
for my dare
A vacant house that refuses to be
disturbed
I swear I wouldn't want to through
the same nightmare

To answer your question I do like Eminem, actually. He has a quite very powerful lyrics, and unlike most rappers, you can tell right off the bat that he's the one rapping. Glad to meet another Linkin Park fan as well! I hardly listen to them anymore and have kinda got into more relaxing laid back music... but it's fun to reminisce! After they are the ones that inspired me in the first place, to start writing...

I think we've all had creepy, abandoned houses around the block, that simply are too eerie to dare stepping inside. Fear is a strange thing, and sometimes hard to tell if it's rational or irrational. Always use the buddy system, haha... good work!
