About This Poem
The Minefield Of Love
I've walked a mile,
in the minefield of love.
Through rank and file,
below and above.
I've lost my pride,
and I've lost my heart.
Thrown curbside,
and ripped apart.
I've paid a high price,
to get to the other side.
I've rolled the dice,
snake eyes, open wide.
Here I stand battered and
bruised,
the minefield of love stands
amused.
