The Key

At the gateway
Hands upon the lock
Key glistens
Dangled above the heart

A distant moment
Brought before instantly
Desire morphed to despair
Isolation endangered by compassion
Your artic world activates meltdown
Hysteria dominates your consciousness

At the gateway
Hands upon the lock
Key glistens
Dangled above the heart

Whence are the origins?
What is the endurance breaking point?
Can a labyrinth obliterate fantasy?
Does determination sustain?
 Who is braving suffering?
How entwined is fate?

At the gateway
Hands upon the lock
Key glistens
Dangled above the heart

Assurance regains authority
Analyzing all causatums
Decipher the formulas
Plot your scheme points
Attempt the equation
Commence the quandary

At the gateway
Hands upon the lock
Key glistens
Dangled above the heart

Panic no more
Hearken to your quintessence
Purity glows beneath the key
Acceptance exists in the core
Devotion presses upon your gate
Confidante of your soul awaits

At the gateway
Hands upon the lock
Key glistens
Dangled above the heart

At the gateway
Hands upon broken lock
Key glistens
Dangled above your heart
