BUT IT MIGHT RAIN

BUT IT MIGHT RAIN

Tomorrow I’d have sown
A new field with crops never grown
And built a better door
On the barn for protection more
But it might have rained
So I sat back and rested

Next week we’ll have cut the wood
And shaped the arrows as we should
And tried to reach new targets to bring
Better use to the sunny weather of spring
But if it should rain
We’ll just sit back and rest again
