King Arthur

First you cried then you smiled
Small finger, tasted like ginger
Smooth skin, voice so thin
Head a bit furry, always hungry
In my arms, no one harms
Baby bath, then angel nap
Little loud mouth, no doubt
Your first steps, the ground shakes
Then you fall…come on, get up.
No need to cry, don’t be shy
Looking around, like a hound
Start to run, that’s my son!

As you grow, you will know
About life, having a wife
Lot of peoples, dirty needles
Honest feelings, real things
World is round, but a flat ground
Baby teeth, some bare feet
Money, wealth, steel and stealth
Men of iron, locked in prison
Crazy cats, dopes with hats
Huge rims, shiny rings
Hard work, seems no worth
To be honest, be the hardest!

You’re an angel and a devil
A good boy and a rebel
Love the rain, fight the pain
Get an aim, don’t be lazy
Be proud, shout it out loud
I’m the King! That’s the thing!
Wearing the crown, you’re down
Trying to diss, I never miss
I’m a fighter and the fire
Better hide, Hope I don’t find ya
Game over! Here, take a roller.
Enjoy your last, your now past.
