Two men stood on the edge of a bluff
And one man said to the other
If I should fall
From atop this high wall
Would I take the life of another?
The other man sat to ponder this thought
He wondered could it ever be true
Were we tied to another?
As a spouse or a brother?
Could a single death turn into two?
Then in a flash, he knew how to answer
And he turned to the first man to share
But to his surprise
He saw through the lies
For the first man was no longer there
And as he stood from his place in the dirt
He turned his face up to the sun
Was more than he dreamed
It turns out the two men were one
