About This Poem
Destiny
Destiny oh destiny,
I hold you in my hands.
No longer will you control me,
You obey all my commands.
Eyes wide open now,
The world I clearly view.
I'll find a way somehow,
To start my life anew.
The sun peeks over the mountain.
The moon falls behind the bend.
I take a drink from life's fountain.
This challenge I befriend.
So as I pass through this crossroad.
My destiny has been bestowed.
