About This Poem
INGRATITUDE
INGRATITUDE
“No surest enemy than the one who was benefacted" SOCRATES
Ingratitude,
You ungrateful:
Traitor of trust
Destroyer of kindheartedness
Apostate of friendship
Annihilator of beneficence
Assassin of benefactors,
How better the world
Would be
If only you were
For ever thrown
Into
The TARTARUS of
Human Condemnation!
