Send her my love
So she’s not waiting up anymore for me
Tell her that God above
Took me to his home gracefully
Please tell her that I really tried
To make the journey back home
This was a war where no one survived
We all sadly died alone
I was lucky to have an angel by me
To see me through my demise
Someone who promised to tell her passionately
That I’ll always be watching her from the sky
In the sweet caress of raindrops that will touch her face
And the warm sunshine that radiates into her eyes
I’ll be there in their place
To send her my love that will never die…
