The Queen

In lemon and green
She stood
Wide eyes with red lustrous lips,

Carved brows like the African bow
Stately like a giraffe.

All eyes moved as one
To behold the queen
In lemon and green.

Prisca, Do you know why? I have a conviction that you were trying hard not to describe yourself. That's a nice piece anyway.
