Boomerang
I threw out a comment using all my force
The words they all traveled along their own course
Betty told Bobby then Rachel told Sue
Somewhere along the way, word got back to you
Because I was mad I wanted you to hurt
I was an idiot I dug up some dirt
Now as I sit the back of my head goes bang
I've been knocked out by my word boomerang
So in the end if there's nothing good to say
Keep it to yourself it's much safer that way
