Black Spider

I scream
It seems

He stares
I blare

Silk strands
How grand

Great web
Low ebb

I stood
Not good

Fly trap
Oh crap

Poor chap
Entrap

I love the garden in the morning. The dew drops looks like jewels on the spider webs. I hope that you are feeling better after the surgery, Connie. Love, Su

Two weeks in. I had my staples removed Monday and still must wear my neck brace for another month. My neck feels so much better. When I shower my brace comes off and my neck can actually hold my head up an no daily headaches. My 2nd surgery will be towards the end of April or first of May. But I have a great surgeon, so I'm confident everything will go well. PS is keeping me busy reading members poems and writing my own. Thanks for asking. Warm Smiles Always, Connie

Thank you Vicky for your comment. This is a much shorter poem from my original poem. Sometimes fewer words can be powerful. Warm Smiles Always, Connie
