You shine already! I paid for one year, because of the learning tools the Soup provides. For me, I only look for the one comment where they understood my point, and I'm happy!..you're a wonderful parent placing your child's need before your own!

ah, I love this, I never pick what I'm going to read by some silly star, those that read mine and leave comments, I try to reciprocate and read theirs, and others like yours , where the title catches my interest, I read. This is a cute little poem though, glad I took the time to read it

to me, your poems are always worth reading. i couldn't care less who's a "premium member" (by the way, i am not). this site is far from perfect, but i enjoy reading some of the poems and like knowing that some people are reading my poems. that's usually enough for me. you've made some good points here, though...

Ironically enough, I am a bit glad not to have the new silly-looking star-png image beside my name. Some of my all-time favourite poetrysoup-posting poets are PMs, but many are not. I do enjoy several of the points that you made in this poem. There are some members who appear to think that the PM automatically makes them talented haha! I have no illusions of grandeur when it comes to my amateur poetry. I have a long way to go, and a PM isn't going to change that.

You are SO right! To be honest....I really WANT to be a PM and was going to do that with my Christmas bonus, but...we have several expenses that need to be taken care of and with my daughter oversees in an European country...makes it hard to finance with the salaries here! BUT....maybe for my birthday! Who knows! :) I have along way to go too! Thanks for the post! :)
