Lovely. I can kind of relate. That's how I felt when my daughter was in a coma many years ago. Thankfully, she survived and is still with us today.

DAvid, it's so hard to believe someone could be living without smell OR taste. ARe you able to enjoy many foods at all? I would think it would help you lose weight. I can't see being interested in food if it has no taste! Can you imagine having NO senses any more? we would all surely die because we would not be able to see what the heck we were doing!
