About This Poem
I'm IN IT
I’m in it
Oh boy, I am in trouble, but it wasn’t really my fault
My friend provided the cross bow, and I slipped in the bolt
It was when we took it out to play, then the trouble was done
We pulled the trigger slowly, it was only meant in fun
The bolt it left the bow, and it smashed into the post
That’s when it hit and freed an inconsequential invisible ghost
It crept out from obscurity and stepped in between us two
But it didn’t count on the strength of friendship, that I have for you
We rounded up the posse and even though we may be twits
They all got behind us and they helped remove the little s***.
