Hello Goodbye
Heard me say to him watch your step
Please look before you leap old son
But he was foolish and headstrong
To soon the deed was done
He grew from him to be the me
Everyone knows today
Instead of being quiet
He has much more to say
He failed at love and being a dad
As I look back he drove me mad
He took a way that led to nought
Trouble that is all he brought
Somehow he has redeeming features
Though he has loved the rarest creatures
Would I change him no not I
He and I the same hello goodbye
