LIFE IS SHORT, USE IT
I’m 79 years old.
I have several ambitions I would still like to pursue, before my calling date.
I am self taught in everything I do creatively.
I learned to fly.
I consider myself a pyrographer.
I taught myself to carve and sculpt.
I draw with pencil, pen and computer.
I have written for publication.
With more than 10 years of research, I designed and illustrated,
A full-color, specialty book for air gun collectors.
A drawings of more than 400 air guns dating back to 1886.
I wore out 6 computers, and as many printers.
I used reams of print paper, and can only guess how much colored ink.
To this day the manuscript remains unpublished...
I love the ARTS. They are all interrelated.
If you enjoy any one specialty,
You will have a deep appreciation for artists who are accomplished in any choice.
I decided to pursue writing; it’s a world of vast freedom.
While writing, I can remake a world,
My surroundings are what I want them to be.
If you desire to write seriously... don’t miss the opportunity.
If you just want to release inner-feelings, or share words… do that as well.
Don’t ever think writing is a senseless pastime.
It’s a positive form of communication,
We need more dialog in this world.
