Smoldering look

V enus arrives on shore graciously in a shell
E asily carried by breadth the sun gods expel
N ymphs greet her with a rich purple cloak
U ndulating roses their seed heads shook
S he covers her modesty with a smoldering look

that was really an interesting line from which you derived the title of your fine acrostic poem: She covers her modesty with a smoldering look. Love that!
