the invisible line I cross
and lose an hour
           ~
symmetry of curve
the face of beauty

    But, being a crochetity old man, I was really writing about a long slow curve in the mountains and actually crossing the time zone

    The invisible line could be her attitude??? That last little bit of freedom she allowed before you got slapped.
