Where Your Heart Is
Your heart is where the tides roll in rhythm through endless seas
Holding a compass that always heads in different directions
Wondering where true love will lead you to be
Perhaps in one of the waves of whence your heart showed its reflection
Your heart is where the stars always have a place to shine
Holding the light that always brightens up the darkest of parts
Wondering if true love will ever see a sparkle this divine
Perhaps in one of the stars that shines from the passions of your heart
Your heart is where the rain stops and the sunshine begins to show
Holding the rays that always leads your heart to a warm place
Wondering if true love will blossom when the spring flowers grow
Perhaps in one of the petals of a flower’s beauty that even the wind would embrace
