Thankful For Today
Thankful For Today
Yesterday has come and gone
And tomorrow has not yet arrived
So I’m thankful for today, for I belong-
In this moment being healthy and alive
The journeys of yesterday are all upon me now
Waiting for this day to live out my dreams so I may explore-
What tomorrow can bring and how much I’m thankful for-
Today, in this moment; that I hold this promise within my soul’s vow
