Misty Moment of Lost Love

     "Misty Moment of Lost Love"




flame fades

vintage dreams dwell

buried embers

pierced pieces stain soiled earth

misty moment of lost love

veils smoked ash.
                 ~~~
spurned heart

immersed in glow

splintered veins cry

wooden tomb smothers breath

misty moment of lost love

death's cavern.
                  ~~~

    This is a spectacular write for the contest my friend! I really enjoyed reading this incredibly dynamic poem this afternoon! There is only one small thing you might want to look into Linda-Marie, I believe she asked for two stanzas not just one! I want you to maximize your potential for this contest and place as high as possible! This is an awesome start though I must say, Great Work!!
