Goodmorning Carol, Thanks for commenting on my poem. Good luck in tye Gogyoka Contest. I'm living in Marietta, Ohio, now (moved from Rochester, NY after 40 years). We've had lots of rain and sleet. Across the river in WV they've gotten slammed with snow. Now we just have to wait until the water from the rivers up north (PA) send their storm flow to us. Unbelievable mess--everywhere it seems. I just keep writing. Take care and keep warm. TTYS Orma Faye PS I want to move back to NY.

Lovely imagery you have created with this gem of a poem. I to have not had a lot of time for the soup but good news our kids are moving back to Regina in Jan. Both boys and family will be in the same city and I feel so lucky to have them both here. Hope you missed the storm and all is well with you and your family. love phyl

Thank you for your encouraging words on my work. I am just a a writer, born with pencil and notebook. I know nothing about all these styles and catagories, and don't know if I could sift thru them all, I just write, non stop, everyday, everyhour for years. I loved the simple beauty of your words, they fell like honey, dripping into my ears and sticking to my corroded brain. I would love a mentor like you. andreatravis
