Please come and meet my new pet Spot.
He is a golden kamalot.
I got him only last Friday
And hope my parents let him stay.
You see I’ve had an awful time
With cleaning up his drool and grime
And training him to lay or sit.
He does not listen, not one bit.
His frizzy fur flies when we play.
He changes colors twice a day.
And did I tell you my pet Spot
Sticks out his tongue and spits a lot?
He will not try to get along
With other dogs, and that’s just wrong.
He snickers at the cats all night.
All day he wants to pick a fight.
On Saturday he ate my fish.
Then yesterday, he ate his dish.
At breakfast he waged an attack
On mom’s rose bushes in the back.
Uh, oh, I better think real fast!
My new pet Spot’s not gonna last
‘Cause now he’s out there chewing cars!
Did I mention that he’s from Mars?
