The keen little Greenies
Are awful big meanies
And crawl from the woodwork at night.
They will give you sharp pains,
Put bad thoughts in your brains
And turn both your knuckles to white.
It’s while you are sleeping
They do all their creeping.
Greenies are extremely needy.
Some steal all your good dreams,
Some leave you with bad screams.
Greenies are generally greedy.
And during your snoozing,
Those meanies are choosing
Which prize they should pick from your nose.
Most often they’ll grab one,
But others will jab one
Before your green treasure chest blows.
It gets most annoying
‘Cause they’re always destroying-
Those Greenies don’t take any care.
It’s no funny joke-
Not fair that they poke
At your private stash stored up in there.
So, you’ve got to join them
In order to beat them.
I know what makes Greenies scatter-
Take on my bad habit.
Dig deep, way inside it.
Picking all day is what matters!
