About This Poem

SEALING LOVE'S VOWS




along pink shorelines,
   love touches silent whimpers
      kindling candlelight,
          velvet sands invite glazed eyes
            as night thirsts for hushed passion

eve of devotion
   inspires an intimate tune
     entwined in its notes
       bodies wrapped in light music...
          sealing hearts' divine vows

    The lines evolve in a cerebral, yet melodic, fashion. The actions flow in sequential manner, but the passions elicited have a mercurial, spasmodic quality to them. A breath-taking ode to romantic love!
