Diamond Eyes

The lion's gaze free it falls
Spirit overcomes the hunger,
To stand among the legs small and tall,
Starving to manage the thunder.

Diamond eyes vulnerable yet cool,
No charity to invest.
Seas of lambs blood and bone,
Beautiful sharp yellow eyes do test.

Search me with your pungent stare,
One gaze and find a depth of flames.
Search me now if loneliness cares,
The touch of your claws are never tame.

Diamond eyes come closer to me,
Stare ahead and make me free.
