SIMPLY ME
Just a speck in the universe
I feel it is a must
To try and do much better,
And become a particle of dust.
And if I could graduate to that
I would like to see
If I could at least attain
The status of a flea.
Maybe someday per chance
If I could get it right,
I would be a shining star
You look up to every night.
But if I could reach my highest goal
How perfect it would be,
To have a second chance
At simply being me......
