Thus We Made A Memory

To what became a memory--
A memory from you to me:

As you pointed at the far object,
Mine eyes moved to see thine eyes;
Then amused by what we saw,
We laughed out loud, heaving sighs...

That one dampened, rainy day,
As we looked out the window we saw,
How peaceful together souls can stay,
Watching the whole wide world in awe:
How together these souls be weaved,
Standing, we tried to find that day;
Thus going, every sigh was heaved-
Smiles passing every which way-
Thus talking about here and there,
Looking out to see somewhere
Some answer in same sense and key,
Thus we made a memory.....
