Friends
Friends are like animals,
they come for what they want,
then they go,
leaving you behind.
But true friends are like family,
an adopted brother or sister,
they are with you,
night and day,
through thick and thin,
every step of the way.
If you're in trouble,
they stand by you,
never running away.
They know you inside out.
They can tell when something is wrong,
and defend you no matter what.
But all in all,
Friends are only temporary,
but true friends are forever.
