About This Poem
A Sad Kiss
Married forever and a day they were
They walked through life hand in hand
Never a cross word heard between the two
But an illness took over his body one day
On his death bed one last kiss they shared
She couldn't bear to be without out him
A month and she was in failing health
I gave her a hug and a sad but loving kiss
We all will be fine now go be with Uncle Lou
Their love is forevermore in heaven so true
