About This Poem
When I Die ---Instructions
Shed not one tear, don’t wear black!
Instead; sing and drink beer, plan ahead, don’t look back.
I don’t like cut flowers, so don’t bring them!
Don’t worry about a will, I spent it all ( ha, ha )
Don’t spend money on an expensive funeral
Shove me in a cardboard coffin, (flat pack is fine)
Don’t spend money on a grave
Scatter my ashes to the wind (check wind direction first)
One last thing, when I am dead
celebrate life, not death...and
People will talk! ( don’t believe them)
