Soft and unafraid

Against the cold ladder she rests
which run up the red aging bricks
in the alley
on a gray September day

Did this sylph belong there
in her;
snug light blue jeans
and hugging purple,
enticing top………

……..she seemed comfortable

And her gaze was
soft
and unafraid
